This is a season of triumph and expectation - a faith-filled expectation of the culmination of God's way of blessing on earth. All are invited to live as citizens of this new Kin.dom - so let's share what we have with our neighbours; especially from Nov. 20 - Dec12. FGUC invites you to help raise a mountain of food for the food services at St. Matthew's Maryland Community Ministry and the Oak Table at Augustine United Church. Bring non-perishable food items on Sunday or through the week. Let's add to the larder before the last minute Christmas rush!
Advent
During this season of preparation for God's new presence among us, Lori Stewart will lead Stations of Prayer, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the original Narthex. At 10:15, Helen and friends will lead a pre-service carol sing-a-long. Come early! Collect a coffee! Be blest to be a blessing!
